Dr Michael Hobbs (Chiro), Director

Michael (Mickey) Hobbs is a healthcare consultant and an economist-in-training with over a decade of clinical, research, and leadership experience across healthcare, medtech, corporate health, and the digital health sector. 

Currently undertaking a Masters of Health Economics at Deakin University, they are also trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic, with extensive postgraduate education across public health, health policy, health prevention and promotion, and lifestyle medicine. They have over 10 years experience working as a clinical consultant in a range of healthcare settings, and specialise in burnout, chronic nutritional issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndromes, and neurodegenerative disorders. Their career spans clinical practice, research, and business leadership roles, including founding and scaling multiple healthcare ventures, leading global interdisciplinary teams, and advising organisations ranging from government to Fortune 500 companies. Their clients have included the Government sector, Lululemon, PwC, Animal Logic, and others, and they bring a clinician’s understanding of how policy decisions translate into real-world outcomes for individuals, organisations, and health systems.

Alongside their clinical and consulting work, they continue to contribute to published academic research, deliver educational and professional trainings, and mentor other professionals. They’re media-trained and experienced.
